In 2025, therefore, AVANTGARDE Experts and Staffxperts are taking the next step in their own corporate journeys by uniting with YER to become YER Germany. New name, new energy!

With bundled expertise in personnel procurement, we represent a modern working world in which skills and expertise can be applied flexibly and precisely. The existing AVANTGARDE Experts website will become the website of YER Germany from approx. June 2025. At www.yer.de you’ll find all the services previously offered by AVANTGARDE Experts, expanded to include the services of Staffxperts.

Yes, it’s expected the email addresses will change in June 2025, upon which all our email addresses will end with @yer.de. Forwarding will be activated so that your messages to the previous addresses will arrive just as securely.

“Ambitions in motion” is the YER Group’s claim and symbolises both the company’s mission and its spirit – YER connects ambitious people and leading companies worldwide. We inspire candidates, impart additional skills and support talented individuals in realising their career ambitions. We see ourselves as ambassadors for ambition and strive for constant development and growth ourselves.

In 2024, AVANTGARDE Experts broke away from the original parent company, the AVANTGARDE communications agency, when it merged with YER and Staffxperts. This also made a name change necessary. Together, the partners behind YER Germany decided on a strong presence under the name YER in order to use and further expand international awareness.

For candidates

Your contract remains fully valid and doesn’t need to be changed. Since it’s purely a name change, the contractual party remains the same.

No. Even after the name change to YER Germany, you can continue to contact the same people as before.

For companies

All contracts remain fully valid and don’t need to be changed. Since it’s purely a name change under company law, the legal entity remains the same as the contractual party. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your usual contact person at YER or contact us centrally at mehr(at)yer.de.

It won’t be necessary to change our company name in your master data until the commercial register has completed the name change. We’ll notify you as soon as this has happened. There’s no need to do anything yet. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your contact person or send an email at mehr(at)yer.de.

AVANTGARDE Experts GmbH will be renamed YER Experts GmbH when the name change takes effect (upon its publication in the commercial register). AVANTGARDE Talents GmbH will become YER Talents GmbH.

The Staffxperts company names will change as follows when the name change takes effect (upon its publication in the commercial register):
