Airworthiness Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Job Description
- Establish and maintain Design Organisation Manuals in coordination with internal stakeholders and facilitate approval by Airworthiness Authorities
- Ensure Compliance Check Lists are in line with the Design Assurance System
- Lead the DOA compliance demonstration to Airworthiness Authorities
- Manage Design Organisation authorities and signatories
- Lead discussions with Airworthiness Authorities on processes related to airworthiness, environmental protection, and operational suitability
- Manage customer DOAs, including obtaining new ones and extending existing approvals
- Cascade changes in DOA regulations within the Design Organisation
Your qualification profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of physics or aerospace engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Solid technical background in aeronautical engineering activities and certification processes
- Proven experience in Design or Airworthiness functions, including interface with Aviation Authorities, is desired
- Basic knowledge of the regulatory framework for Design Organisation Approvals is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced knowledge required)
- Good team player with strong communication skills and personal engagement
- Ability to work on transversal and multinational projects
