Business Support Manager (m/f/d) International
Your Job Description
- Process payments to Delivery Partners in line with internal standard operating procedures
- Support Delivery Partners to resolve invoice queries within internal SLAs
- Dealing with Delivery Partners related issues and seeing them through to satisfactory completion
- Work with internal functions (Finance, Program and Account Management functions etc.) and 3rd party vendors supplying DSP services to ensure DSP payments are executed timely
- Track metrics and provide reports to leaders of health of DSP progress
- Be proactive in identifying process improvement to payment/invoicing processes and drive related automation improvements
Your qualification profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Relevant experience with SQL
- Knowledge of additional programming languages
