Your Job Description

The management of approval projects including all related project management tasks
The creation of the certification basis and requirements baseline for modifications of existing or new helicopter variants
Defining and coordinating the certification strategy
The creation of verification programmes and their coordination with the responsible departments, the chief engineer and the responsible authorities
Coordinating the activities required for certification as part of the overall project planning
Utilising the customer network to ensure that the approval objectives are achieved
Review and validation of verification documents with regard to completeness and mutual compatibility
Fulfilment of airworthiness regulations and specifications
Release of documents within the scope of the privileges of the design organisation
Contact person for the competent authorities in matters of certification

Your qualification profile

Completed studies in engineering, aerospace or industrial engineering or comparable
Severals years of professional experience in engineering and project management
Knowledge and experience in the certification of aircraft or systems
Experience in the development of helicopters or helicopter systems and in project management, especially of transnational projects, would be an advantage
Experience with military customers is an advantage
Negotiable level of English, sporken and written
Knowledge of French, Spanish and German desirable
