Event Manager (m/f/d)
Your Job Description
- Creation, negotiation, and completion of offers and mobility concepts for customized events and roadshows
- Responsibility for event planning, detailed coordination with clients, and organization of the seamless execution of on-site events
- Professional point of contact for clients and liaison with the company’s operational departments throughout the entire process
- Involvement in identifying and approaching national and international partners
- Management of smaller events independently, as well as being part of a team for medium to large projects
- Responsible for setting up and managing client profiles in the booking platform
- Supporting the Tender & Implementation Team in compiling tender documentation
Your qualification profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a comparable field
- Work experience in customer service and the event sector
- Service-oriented individual with a hands-on mentality
- Ability to maintain an overview even under high stress and willingness to travel extensively
- Excellent English skills, plus fluency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, or Spanish
