Your Job Description

Provide legal counsel on privacy, AI, marketing, copyright, regulatory and commercial compliance, and contract negotiations
Support Microsoft's strategically important products and services
Develop innovative, cost-effective, and scalable legal solutions
Advise business leadership and teams on legal matters
Manage legal disputes and collaborate with external law firms
Oversee and implement compliance policies and employee training

Your qualification profile

Fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer with a degree obtained in Germany
Several years of relevant work experience (law firm or corporate environment)
Knowledge of data protection, licensing, IT law, public procurement, or compliance is an advantage
Technical understanding of cloud technologies and software development trends
Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken) required
Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens
