For our client, an international tech company, we are now hiring for the following position:

Event Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Job Description

Planning and execution of internal events such as Christmas parties, summer parties, and Oktoberfests, as well as coordination of external events
Support in budget planning, creation of purchase orders (POs), and management of orders with suppliers such as Amazon and Metro
Management of communication platforms such as SharePoint, newsletters, Teams, and email correspondence
Monitoring the usage of event and registration apps, as well as escalating technical issues to IT support
Main point of contact for the company to assist in coordinating on-site activities, including ERG programs.

Your qualification profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Initial experience in event management
First experience in a senior administrative position is an advantage
Proficient use of Outlook, MS Teams, and Microsoft 365
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively at all levels
Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as professionalism in written correspondence.
