Global Outbound-Callcenter Capabilities Development Lead (m/f/d)
Your Job Description
- Develop and implement an outbound sales approach that prioritizes customer needs and long-term engagement over aggressive tactics
- Identifying skill gaps, creating development programs, and deploying tools and resources to enhance the effectiveness of global outbound sales teams
- Create and deliver training for outbound sales teams and trainers, focusing on consultative selling, objection handling, and ethical sales practices Identify skill gaps, refine sales techniques, and implement coaching plans to improve conversion rates and customer interactions
- Work with markets and vendors to ensure outbound sales best practices are adapted to regional needs while maintaining global consistency
- Develop programs to train and coach supervisors and team leads to manage outbound teams effectively, and provide leaders with the right tools
- Use analytics to monitor outbound sales performance and continuously refine training and strategies
- Ensure agents are well-versed in the company’s products, services, and sales processes
- Provide compliance training to ensure agents adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in outbound sales and service activities
Your qualification profile
- Several years of experience in sales enablement, training, or outbound sales leadership in a global environment
- Strong understanding of outbound call center metrics and performance drivers
- Expertise in outbound sales methodologies, including prospecting, lead generation, and performance optimization
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, dialer systems)
- Excellent training design, facilitation, and coaching skills for sales and customer engagement
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure performance and drive improvements
- Project management skills to oversee global initiatives and execution
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Knowledge of compliance regulations for outbound sales
