Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) Surface
Your Job Description
- Drive and manage sales opportunities through the sales stages to close, identifying the best customer support experience on large opportunities
- Collaborate with field teams, Global Black Belt (GBB) teams, pricing specialists, and channel partners
- Become a product SME, understanding not only the Surface portfolio, but the programs and incentives available to make sure the customer has the best experience and outcome
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers looking to learn more about Surface, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
- Identify, pursue and track Surface opportunities across all variations of customers in Enterprise and SMC-Corporate sectors
Your qualification profile
- Apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role
- Knowledge of hardware / Surface products
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Understanding of the partner and reseller eco-system
- Very good knowledge in English and German
