Your Job Description

Drive and manage sales opportunities through the sales stages to close, identifying the best customer support experience on large opportunities
Collaborate with field teams, Global Black Belt (GBB) teams, pricing specialists, and channel partners
Become a product SME, understanding not only the Surface portfolio, but the programs and incentives available to make sure the customer has the best experience and outcome
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers looking to learn more about Surface, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
Identify, pursue and track Surface opportunities across all variations of customers in Enterprise and SMC-Corporate sectors

Your qualification profile

Apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role
Knowledge of hardware / Surface products is a plus
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
Understanding of the partner and reseller eco-system
Very good knowledge in English and German
