For our client, a leading global multi-specialist B2B agency, we are looking to fill the following position:

Your Job Description

Define the strategic approach to proposal creation and pitching at a high level, aligning it with organizational goals and values
Provide high-level strategic leadership for the GTM plan, aligning marketing efforts with the organization's long-term vision
Establish governance structures and policies for budget management across the event department
Ensure budgetary compliance and alignment with organizational financial objectives
Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and elevate the agency's industry standing
Provide strategic oversight of onsite operations to ensure alignment with Practice goals and standards

Your qualification profile

Bachelor’s degree or similar in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
12+years of experience amongst an agency within the Event Marketing Industry (Internationally) with proven experience at leadership / management level
Familiarity with event industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies/experience within Event Marketing to influence the team and the Event Practice
Proficiency in event management software's & platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Suite
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee events
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
