Software Engineer (m/f/d) Requirement
Your Job Description
- Serve as the primary interface between system requirements and development teams, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and documented
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable software requirements
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and standards (e.g., ED-12 / DO-178)
- Support teams in creating test and validation plans to ensure requirements are met
- Promote continuous improvement of the requirements processes through regular reviews and feedback loops
- Facilitate agile practices within the team, ensuring an iterative development proces
Your qualification profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, physics, aerospace or comparable
- Severals years of professional experience in engineering and requirements management
- Experience in airworthiness processes, certification standards and an understanding of software development principles and development methods
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, MBSE)
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to adapt requirements processes to agile environments
- Knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines for the development of embedded systems
- Negotiable level of English, any other language skills are an advantage
