Your Job Description

Analysis, definition and maintenance of A/C, System and Subsystem requirements
Autoflight Moding and Control Law Design Specification
Analysis, Assessment and Solution of System Problem Reports Clearance and Design Assessments: Real-time and non-real time simulation (SIL) and Manned Simulator Assessments
Definition and support for Autoflight Rig Tests (HIL)
Definition and support for Autoflight Flight Tests
Coordination with partner companies (BAES, Leonardo)
Preparation of overall reports and resulting procedures and flight restrictions
Generation of verification claims and their support through the verification process
Input to the Technical Publication department for Flight Manual changes
Support of the preparation of flight clearances under flight mechanical aspects
Alignment with project pilot on Autoflight specific limitations and pilot procedures

Your qualification profile

Successfully completed studies in the field of physics or aerospace engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience in systems engineering is required
Mandatory Experience and good understanding of Aircraft Dynamics and Flight Control Systems
Mandatory Experience and good understanding of Autoflight and Flight Control Laws
Mandatory Experience and good understanding of Requirements Engineering (Model Based System Engineering)
Mandatory Experience and good understanding of System Design and Development
Good programming experience (C, C++, Python, Matlab, SCADE or comparable) is required
English language is required, German language skills are desirable
High level of motivation
Willingness to work in an international team
